<p>こんばんは、地球洗い隊のスタッフやまのです。</p>



<p>夜も気温が30度近くになって、寝苦しい日々が続いていますね。<br>ちゃんと眠れてますか？</p>



<p>つい最近まで、私全然眠れてなかったんです。<br>寝ても疲れがとれなくて、日中ダルい。<br>夜はクーラーをつけているのにですよ。<br>たまに1時間以上寝付けなくて、睡眠時間も削られる。</p>



<p><strong>原因は夏バテかもしれません。</strong></p>



<p>夏バテって、食欲が湧かない、疲れやすいだけじゃないんです。<br>体温調節機能も低下してしまうんです。</p>



<p>人間の体は体温が下がっていく過程で眠くなります。<br><strong>でも夏バテのせいで中々体温が下がらないと、寝つきも悪くなっちゃうし、眠りも浅くなる。</strong></p>



<p>結果、疲労がたまり、さらに夏バテがひどくなり、もっと眠れなくなってしまいます。<br>まさに負のループ！</p>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">質の良い睡眠をとるにはどうすればいいか？<br>私が最近になって実践しているのがこちら。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">寝る直前にお風呂に入らない</h2>

<p>これはかなり大事。<br>お風呂に入ると体温が上がりますよね。<br>人間の体は体温が徐々に下がっていくことで眠くなるので、<strong>ホッカホカ状態だと眠気が来ないんです。</strong></p>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">だから<strong>入浴は寝る２時間前</strong>には済ませておきましょう。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">クーラーや扇風機の風を体にあてないようにする</h2>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">扇風機を回して寝ていたら、風があたるせいで喉が渇き、夜中に目が覚めました。<br>あと下手をしたら体が冷えすぎて風邪をひきます。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">クワンソウ花茶を飲む</h2>

<p>夏に向けて紫外線が強くなる毎日。<br>皆さん、紫外線対策は当然してらっしゃると思います。</p>



<p>私も外出するときは日焼け止めを塗って、帽子をかぶって、アームカバーをつけて、と。<br>紫外線対策といえば、だいたいこんな感じ。</p>



<p>あとは、<strong>シミやそばかすができないようにビタミンCを摂る</strong>、なんかもあります。</p>

<p>こんにちは、地球洗い隊のスタッフやまのです。<br><br>先日、とある映画を見ていたら出てきたセリフにドキっとさせられました。<br><br><strong>「睡眠時間が6時間以下になると太りやすい」</strong><br><br>言われた人もびっくりしてましたが、私もびっくりしました。<br>夜更かしして睡眠時間が短くなるのはザラでしたから。<br><br>体重が増えるのは年を重ねて代謝が落ちてるから仕方ない。<br>と思ってましたが、睡眠時間の短さも関係してるの？嘘でしょ？と調べてみたところ、</p>

<p><strong>睡眠が短くなると、</strong></p>



<p class="is-style-light-background-box has-box-style">・レプチンという<strong>食欲を抑制するホルモンの分泌が減少</strong>する</p>



<p class="is-style-light-background-box has-box-style">・反対にグレリンという<strong>食欲増進ホルモンが増加</strong>する</p>



<p class="is-style-light-background-box has-box-style is-style-bottom-margin-3em has-bottom-margin">・<strong>脂肪の分解を促進する成長ホルモンが十分に分泌されない</strong></p>

<p>私が毎日ご飯をもりもり食べていたのは、食いしん坊だからでもなく、ましてや意思が弱いせいでもなくて、睡眠不足のせいだったかもしれません。きっとそう。<br><br>というわけで、毎日7時間寝ようと決めました。<br>決めたんですが、、、<br><br><strong><span class="fz-24px">寝れない。</span></strong></p>

<p>これで熱中症にならない……と思っていたら、頭痛が全然治らない！<br><br>なんで？<br>今まではこれで治っていたのに、もしかして今までよりもひどい熱中症になった？？<br><br>それを裏付けるように、<strong>吐き気と動悸、喉の渇き</strong>といった今までにない症状が。<br><br>ひどい頭痛に苦しむこと数時間、目がごろごろするので鏡をのぞきこみ、まぶたをめくったところ、</p>

<p>この日は生理予定日の一日前。<br><strong>PMS【月経前症候群】</strong>で貧血になりやすい状態のところに運動をしたことで、<strong>汗と一緒に鉄分が流れてしまい、ひどい貧血症状を起こしていたんです。</strong><br><br>熱中症と貧血、症状に頭痛や吐き気といった似た症状があるので、どちらか判断しにくいし、どちらも発症している可能性もあります。<br><br>どちらにしても運動後は水分塩分と一緒に<strong>【鉄分】</strong>も忘れずに補給しようと強く思う一件でした。</p>

<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-3em has-bottom-margin">こんにちは、地球洗い隊のスタッフやまのです。<br><br><strong>実は今年、ほとんど熱中症になってません！</strong><br><br>去年は運動後に必ずと言っていいほどひどい頭痛がしていました。<br>もちろん水分塩分はしっかりとっていたんですよ。<br>ただ、どうにも<strong>深部体温</strong>が下がらず、熱中症になっていたんです。<br><br>でも今年は運動後にある方法を実践したところ、頭痛ゼロ。<br>一日中元気に過ごせるようになりました。<br><br>それが、<strong>「AVA＝動静脈吻合（どうじょうみゃくふんごう）」</strong>という血管を冷やす方法。<br><strong>手のひら冷却</strong>とも言われています。<br><br>簡単に言うと、体温を調節するAVA血管（手のひら、足裏、頬っぺたに多く通っている）を冷やすことで、効率よく深部体温を下げられるんです。</p>

<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">これ、やってみたら効果ばつぐんでした。<br>去年までの苦しみはなんだったの？というくらい、頭痛がしなくなったんです。<br><br>よく熱中症予防には太い血管を冷やすといいと言われていますが、深部体温を下げる効果はほぼないそうです。<br><br>実際、去年までは脇や首を保冷剤で冷やしていたものの、回復するのに半日～一日はかかりました。<br><strong>AVA血管を冷やすと、数十分で頭痛が消えたので、効果の差は歴然です。</strong><br><br>歳を重ねると、深部体温が上がりやすく、下がりにくくなります。<br>熱中症にかかりやすくなったなというひとは、ぜひ手のひらや足裏を水に浸けてみてください。<br><br>もちろん水分塩分補給もお忘れなく！</p>

<p>運動中～運動後の熱中症対策をまとめてみました。<br>参考になるとうれしいです。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">①クエン酸をプラスして水分塩分補給</h3>



<p>運動中は<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://toreru.com/c/foods/swj/swj-1">山原シークヮーサー</a>を混ぜたスポーツドリンクで水分塩分を補給してます。</p>

<p>汗をたくさんかいた場合、スポーツドリンクに含まれている塩分だけでは足りないこともあります。<br>実際、多くのスポーツドリンクは塩分よりも糖分が多め。<br><br>そんなときは、<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://toreru.com/c/foods/shio">「太陽の塩」</a>です。<br>中でも<a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://toreru.com/c/foods/shio/shio03">「キューブ塩」</a>は大き目で食べやすく、塩分補給には最適です。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">③AVA血管（手のひら、足裏）冷却</h3>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">運動後はいつもタライに水を溜め、両足を15分程度ひたしています。<br>手のひらも同時に冷やしたほうがいいんですが、両手がふさがると何もできなくて暇！(笑)<br><br>なので両足を水に浸しつつ、片手は保冷剤（冷たすぎると逆効果なのでタオルを挟む）を握り、読書かスマホで時間をつぶしています。<br><br>このとき水は冷たすぎないようにするのが重要。<br>氷などを入れて10度を下回った水に浸けてしまうと、体が冷えていると脳が判断して逆に体温を上げようとするそうです。<br><strong>15度程度が効果的</strong>なので、水道水からそのままタライに溜めた水でいいと思います。<br><br>熱中症の症状は運動から数時間後に出てくることがあります。<br><strong>あらかじめAVA血管を冷やしておくことで、熱中症予防になりますよ！</strong></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">④アイススラリーで内側から冷却</h3>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin"><strong>アイススラリーというのは細かな氷が入った飲料</strong>のこと。<br>効率的に体内を冷やしてくれます。<br><br>ただ取り扱っている店舗が限られているので、私はクーリッシュを食べています。<br>アイススラリーほど細かな氷じゃないですが、体が楽になる感じがします。あと美味しい！</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">⑤異変を感じたらすぐ冷却</h3>



<p class="is-style-bottom-margin-5em has-bottom-margin">熱中症は時間差でくることがあります。<br>数時間後や翌日になって気分が悪くなったら、すぐに両手と両足を冷やしましょう。</p>
