<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私の母は認知症です。<br>ただ、寝たきりではないし、体は元気で、<br>いわゆる「介護」という言葉がぴったり当てはまる感じでもありません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">だから私たち家族も、<br>今もどこかで<br>「これはまだ介護というほどじゃない」<br>「サポートしている、という感覚に近い」<br>そんなスタンスで向き合っています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">とはいえ、<br>毎日の生活には、やはり誰かの手が必要です。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>特に、食事の支度。</strong><br>母は少しずつ料理の段取りが分からなくなり、<br>今ではほとんど自炊ができません。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">母の近くに住んでいる姉が、<br>ほぼ毎日実家に顔を出して、<br>食事の準備をしてくれています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">私は飛行機の距離に住んでいて、<br>日常的にできることは限られています。<br>電話で母の様子を聞いたり、<br>姉の話や愚痴を聞いたり、<br>調べられることを調べたり、<br>書類を準備したり。<br>たまに帰省して手伝うことくらいです。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">正直、<br>実際に手を動かしているのは姉で、<br>負担が大きくかかっているのも姉だと感じています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">姉は、特別料理が得意なタイプではありません。<br>でも粉末だしがあると、<br>煮物も簡単にできるし、<br>どうしてもしんどい日は<br>「今日はお味噌汁でいい」と思える。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">離れて暮らす立場の私にとっても、<br><strong>「これがあるなら、姉の負担が少し軽くなるかもしれない」</strong><br>そう思えることは、<br>気持ちの支えになっています。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">身を守るために体を冷やさなきゃなんで冷たい飲み物やアイスを食べるのは理にかなっているのですが、冷たい物ばっかりだと今度は内臓が疲れてきます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">こんにちは、地球洗い隊のスタッフあさやまです。<br>もうすぐ夏休みですね・・・。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">小学生の母としては、給食がなくなるのでちょっと憂鬱ですが・・・。<br>でも夏だもん、楽しまなくっちゃ！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">市政だよりで案内が出ていたいろんなイベントに申し込んでみました♪<br>親子で学校給食作り体験とか、パパと子どものパン作り教室とか、なんかの工作とか。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">抽選なので当たるかわからないけど、暑すぎて公園で遊ぶことすら命の危険があるので室内イベントはありがたいです。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">海にプールにキャンプにBBQ、あと川遊び。<br>いやぁ全部暑い、全部疲れるやつ(笑)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">娘たちのための麦茶<br>夫用の胡麻麦茶<br>自分用のさんぴん茶と緑茶</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">冷蔵庫にお茶のストックがないと炭酸水がびっくりする速さで消費されてしまうので、節約のためにやっぱりお茶だなと思ってせっせと作っています。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">でも、緑茶は傷みにくいから夏にいいけど、カフェインが入っているので利尿作用があるから水分補給の面では▲なんですよね。<br>コーヒーもしかり。</p>
